When I teach, i focus the process on empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the philosophy and practice of Movement, Meditation, Mobility + Breath Guidance all specifically intended to affect the mind, body, spirit, emotions and human energy field

Unlike a standard yoga class, Movement sessions are typically conducted in one-on-one setting

Sharing my 1-on-1 guidance to consciously help bring the Body, Mind and Heart back to a place of wholeness. 

The practice is a way of healing through guided mobility, meditative breathing & communicative awareness.

In a private session, Kylie will :

  • Guide the client through a series of supported & passive movements based on where the body and mind are presently.

  • Help to explore range of motion, mobility and to hold space while facilitating the client's natural release.

  • Use various techniques involving myofascial stretching or rolling, thai tapotement techniques, meditative breath guidance, props from bolsters to aerial silks to create healing that is unique to each being.

Together these actions result in a comprehensive experience that relieves tension, improves blood flow/circulation, boosts the immune system and creates an energetically balanced state of being. 

Movement Therapy is typically done with a mat on the floor or a table can be used as well, both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement during the session.
